The AI Transformation Partner is an embedded engagement in which Andrea works alongside your leaders and managers, for a minimum of three months, to move AI from a successful pilot into everyday work.
An engagement that combines executive stakeholder coaching with hands-on tool-building and manager enablement. Andrea works directly with leadership, hands on help with the build, trains the managers who have to make it stick, and stays through execution so adoption survives past the pilot.

Why the pilot works and the rollout doesn't
Most AI pilots succeed due to a motivated team, a contained scope, and a few weeks of dedicated attention. People are excited, leadership greenlights the wider rollout, and then it stalls.

Both. I build agents and workflows with your team so they fit how the work really gets done, and I train the people who'll own them once I'm gone.
How do you price engagements?
Projects are fixed-fee and scoped after an initial conversation, so you know the full cost and deliverables before we start. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
What happens after the engagement ends?
You keep everything I build, including the tools, frameworks and playbooks. Your managers are trained to keep it going without me.
